Sugar is all white, so albino, and we cannot determine gender by coloring because there is none.

Sugar is usually quite, but still not a good choice if you're living in anywhere with shared walls--apartment, condo, townhouse, etc.  We have had to use a towel to restrain her (just using that gender word because I feel I need to use either him or her) but she is calm when restrained, and will allow contact then.  We're working with her to help learn to sit calmly on us while not restrained.
